Logan's 3rd and Erin's First Birthday

On September 17th, Erin turned ONE and Logan turned THREE on September 22nd. On the 17th we had a combined party for the two of them. Jason will turn 30 on the 28th of October so we threw him into the party mix as well.
Here are some pics from the day. We still have to get pics from friends and family because our camera died of course.

We have a Choo Choo and Tutu party theme.

Here's the invitation that I got off of Etsy.com from the seller littlebirdieprints. She did a great job. She also made the cupcake wrappers and cupcake toppers.

I used the cupcake toppers as thank you tags on the favors.

Here is the cake! I'm very happy with out it turned out.
I think it blended very well mix the two themes.

Little Lego mountain climber for Jason.

The biggest mountain is actually Mt. Everest in honor of Logan's middle name. And I made her little tutu from tulle with the matching colors.

Erin's smash cake!
Beverage table!

Logan loves getting sung to.

Long long time

Well, it's been a long long time since I've been on here now. Maybe I should start blogging more. But I don't know. I'm sure I won't keep up with it.

6 months old!

Well it's already been 6months. Time has flown by so fast. I can hardly believe that my little man is now 6 months old!

We went in for his appointment on Thursday, March 26. He was 16 pounds and 25 1/2 in long. So that puts him in the 25th percentile. His head did not grow much and is 16 1/4 inches around. He's very strong and the doctor called it and is predicting that he will be walking by 9 months. He's at a 9 month developmental level right now!

He is doing so many new things. He can crawl and pull himself up with no problems at all. He also got his second tooth on Sunday!

He is now eating solid foods.

Poor baby :(

nMy poor little man is sick. He had a runny nose on Friday and then when we got home we took him temp. It was 101 degrees. I feel so bad for him. IWe gave him some Tyenol too feel better and knock out that fever. He was able to nurse, so he's getting food. We called the doctor and they said just to keep the Tyenol to reduce the fever.

It was a long night for both me and Jason. We are very tired today. But we were up with him all through the night when he was up. He slept in our bed last night so we could tend to him easily. His fever went down this morning. He has taken two naps already. Which he really needs.

He's napping on me right now as I'm typing this. I love this little man.

Here's a late photo of him on Valentine's Day.

5 months

Well Logan is 5 months now. I can't believe it. He's getting so big already. At his 4 month appointment he was 13 lbs and 24in long. So he's only in the 25th percentile. That's ok. He's since grown. Not sure how big he is though.

Here is his 5 month picture that we took in his room.

Here are some pictures that my friend Sara did for his 5 month photo shoot.

Snow Day again and one year ago today!

It's another snow day! So excited once again. However, when we got up to change Logan and go to the bathroom, I come out of our room and I knew right then that the furnance had kicked off. Sure enough I get downstairs, it's 44 degrees in the house!! So Jason went outside in the cold and went to the cellar to restart the furnance. Finally around 12pm I got tired of it being cold and working the furnace back up I just plugged in the space heaters.

I'm still sick, so Im glad we had off again. But I've been stuck with the tissue box right next to me the whole day.

Well, one year ago today we fond out that I was pregnant.
Not the best picture but oh well. I woke up around 3am to pee. Before I got up I took my temp. And it was still high, so I decided to test. I took the dollar tree test and no line came up at first. I went to check again after 5 minutes and I thought I saw something. I ran upstairs and asked Jason what he saw. He said, "You mean that second line?" and went back to sleep. I was freaking out. So then I took another test and it came back the same. I then went to school thinking about it all day. Did it really have a second line? Am I pregnant? OMG.

We went to WalMart and got a digital. When we got home I was going to go take it. Jason said to wait until tomorrow since I was stil really early. He went upstairs to play Guitar Hero, I proceeded to the bathroom. I was brushing my teeth and then it popped up PREGNANT! Holy shit, really? It can't be we tried for so long. And I even scrathed the screen looking for the NOT. The Clomid worked.

I set the test next to the mail and called Jason down. I told him I need help putting away the groceries. But first there's the mail just look at that. He picked up the mail then looking over at the test and back to the mail. He again looked at the test and picked it up and said, "Are you serious? Really?!" I nodded, he then ran over and gave me the biggest hug ever. It was the greatest.

SNOW DAY!

I'm so excited it was a snow day today. One because I didn't feel like working and two I woke up at 2am in a total sweat and shaking. I went downstairs and took my temp and it was 100.3! I took some of my ibprofen since I can take that while I'm breastfeeding. It totally sucks, I can't breath out of my nose. I'm sitting here breathing through my mouth. It will be oh so much fun to sleep tonight. I'm actually hoping for a snow day tomorrow as well, since it's supposed to be like 30 below zero with the wind chill.
